Sourcing RSPCA Certified poultry since 2023, animal welfare is prioritised by La Ionica, illustrated by their commitment to higher-welfare practices. Ensuring their meat chickens are raised to better animal welfare standards is paramount at La Ionica and is communicated to customers through their commitment to RSPCA Certified.
Working with the team at RSPCA Certified, over time La Ionica has altered farming practices, implemented a range of improvements and shown they are forward thinking when it comes to poultry.
When you see the RSPCA Certified logo on La Ionica products, this means the farms have met our detailed animal welfare standards – standards which are all checked through our robust and stringent assessment and certification process. All of this drives meaningful improvements to meat chicken welfare now and into the future.
